Berengaria Development is actively pursuing regional multi-tenant retail shopping centers throughout many Midwest markets with attractive risk-adjusted returns.  We employ a dual focused strategy on both value-add and stabilized centers.

  • Property Type:  Open-Air Multi-Tenant Retail
  • Location:  Midwest
  • Size:  60,000 square feet or larger
  • Investment:  $10 million - $40 million
  • Tenant Mix:  minimum of 75% of NOI from ‘National’ or ‘Regional’ credit
  • Will consider value-add opportunities that require redevelopment, re-tenanting or ground-up development.
